Florence + The Machine was the perfect soundtrack for Marie’s session; filled with movement, magic, and the reclamation of deep and profound personal power.

One of the things I love most about working with Marie is how she revels in movement, and how she is able to stay embodied during difficult emotions. This is much easier said than done. Many of us run from our uncomfortable emotions, and it’s easy to make enemies of our bodies to wallpaper over the fact that we’re just not ready to feel uncomfortable feelings, but staying embodied is a gift and it’s also powerful magic.
